Once upon a time, there was a girl. She was sick and tired of all of the "boys" she was meeting at college. So one night the girl and her roommate decided to go out and search for "the man of her dreams." They went all over town... shouting out of the window of the carriage... "Are you the man of my dreams?" But alas there was no "real man" in sight. They decided to give up and go dancing! As the night came to an end the girls decided to dance one last song. Out of the corner of the girls eye she saw a very handsome boy. She decided that instead of waiting for him she would go ask him out. She asked him if he had plans for the next weekend because she had a ball to go to but had no date. Although the boy did have plans there was something about this girl that intrigued him. They danced the rest of the night and unable to say goodnight they prolonged the evening by going out for pizza.
Unlike the other boys the girl had met, this boy called her first thing the next morning. They went out on a date to the movies... and he did come with her to her ball. The theme for the night was "You have to kiss alot of toads to find your handsome prince!" The girl was convinced she had found her prince!
Sadly the boy had already made plans to move away... the girl was sad at first but refused to let distance get between them. They made trips to see each other every other week. She spent her breaks from school with him and after graduation moved down to be closer to him. The boy was very hesitant to have the girl move somewhere she knew no one just to be close to him, but soon realized that this girl who first approached HIM was not taking no for an answer... The boy and the girl grew closer and closer... They realized they both shared a love of food and traveling.

(Apple pancakes and pizza in Chicago, hot dogs on Coney Island, Cheesesteaks in Philadelphia)
They decided to take the next step and start a family... a furry one that is... and they got a dog.

They loved that dog so much. They took him everywhere they went... They loved him so much they decided he needed a friend...
The boy finally decided after 5 long years that he wanted to make sure this girl never got away... On a trip to Chicago he asked her to be his wife.
The boy really was the girls "prince charming" In front of their friends, family, and God they shared vows to love each other forever.
Soon the boy and the girl realized they had too much love for just each other and decided to add to their family once more.
They shared some scary times while they waited for their little princess... but they shared them together so they knew it would all be OK!
And with their love for each other growing more every single day... They lived Happily Ever After!Happy Valentine's Day to my amazing husband. We have traveled all over, shared amazing memories, watched each other grow up... I am so grateful for every moment I spend with you. When I am not with you I am dreaming of the next time I will be with you. Thank you for teaching me how to really love, for standing by me, and for loving me at my craziest, most vulnerable, eek heaviest, hectic moments. I will always consider you My Prince Charming!
