I am single-handedly keeping Sears in business...

Ok so I am kinda addicted to my daughter? Will I end up one of those crazy Texas cheerleader moms or pageant moms? Is this how it starts? So if you were worried about Sears going bankrupt anytime soon don't worry I am keeping them in business! We went to get a cute picture to give Daddy for Valentines day. I have learned that as a new mom it is hard to get a cute picture of yourself with the baby! You get pics of everyone else but yourself! So here are Ashlyn's Valentine's Day pics... she's just too precious!

2 months old!

Ashlyn is two months old already! We got her first shots yesterday. She let out one little cry and was fine. She weighs about 9 lbs 12oz and is over 21 inches long. She is smiling and making all kinds of great noises. we love talking to her!!! She's starting to sleep part of the night on her own in the pretty bassinet our friends the Tegens lent us.Just wanted to give you a little update!

3 generations of crazy women!

We had pictures taken a few weeks ago of the 3 generations of crazy Branem women. It was fun to dress up and take pics with my mom, sister, and Ashlyn. Erik was a great sport and came along to help carry all of our stuff and get a few great family pics of the three of us. The pictures came out AMAZING thanks to the wonderful Rebekah Hood of Kallima Photography (www.kallimaphotography.wordpress.com there are more pics from the shoot there). I wanted to post a few of the pictures since I am so in love with them!






Ashlyn is doing great! She was 9 lbs 12 oz. last Friday. She is 8 weeks old and is already teething a little which isnt fun but she makes up for it when we get smiles. She is so so sweet!

Meeting my Crazy Family

We just got back from a vacation down south to see Grandpa Branem and meet the rest of the Poyer family.
First we went to Grandpa Branem's house. We went and walked around all the superbowl festivities. I really liked cuddling and napping with Grandpa!
We had fun in Tampa especially since the Steelers won the superbowl!
Next we went to Sarasota to visit all the Poyers. This was the first time I met everyone else (besides Grammy and Poppy). Wow I sure have a loud crazy family. It was lots of fun!!! Here are some pictures of my cousins holding me. They all love me to pieces!
Before we left town Mommy and Daddy took me to the beach for the first time. It was alot of fun!
